Commercial Real Estate consists of 5 types of properties:

1.    Office
2.    Retail
3.    Industrial/ Warehouse
4.    Multi-family Residential
5.    Land/Other

Each property type is very different from the other and require different strategies to evaluate and acquire them.  Again, I suggest investing in education.
